Application Instructions –
Deadline Sunday, May 29: We
welcome emerging and mid-career artists, photographers, designers, curators, art
historians, writers, and researchers age 25 and over for Fall 2016.

us at firstname.lastname@example.org before submitting your application.
To apply, please complete all steps (in
English or en Español):
1. Send a brief, introductory e-mail to email@example.com
containing all of the following:
A. Your current CV or résumé.
B. Artists, photographers, and designers: attach five (5) sample images of
your works (JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, 72 dpi, maximum 2 MB each file) and a
brief statement attesting that all works are of your own original creation. Curators,
art historians, writers, and researchers: attach five (5) sample texts
of your works (2 to 3 pages each) and a brief statement attesting that all
works are of your own original creation.
2. Submit your tax-deductible donation of USD
$35.00 via the orange “give
now” module on the right side of this page. Your
donation will go toward our current fundraiser sponsored by GlobalGiving, “Support
Music Scholarships for Mexican Youths,” and
is required to activate your application. (We do not
charge an application fee.)
3. Submit your completed Arquetopia Artist-in-Residence
Online Application (below).

self-directed, production-based residencies are offered at terms of 4 to 12
weeks, except Ceramics which is offered at terms of 6 to 12 weeks.
Residencies may be extended from 1 to 9 weeks as self-directed Art Production
Note: Before submitting
this application form, please review the detailed instructions at the top of this page and verify that you have completed ALL of the other steps indicated. Applications are seen by our staff only after ALL listed requirements are completed. Incomplete applications are not considered.
